Great location overlooking the city and surrounded by lush greenery. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, willing to assist with even the most minor requests. The food was delicious and perfect for a city break, with a wide variety to choose from. One of the best things was the bonfire they arranged, which made our evenings delightful.

The approach road to the property was in poor condition, and it took a long time to get to the hotel. The parking space was limited, which made it difficult to find a spot for our car.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was beautiful, with a great panoramic landscape at our doorstep. The location was good, allowing us to easily access the town where we enjoyed exploring local shops and restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on top of the Tiger hills, it offers breathtaking views of Ooty. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely hospitable and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The staff were extremely good, flexible and helpful. Excellent food and candlelight dinner arrangements. Great hospitality and five-star performance from the entire crew. Polite service staff and good lunch/dinner. Beautiful outdoor breakfast with scenic views. Helpful signboards for easy navigation. Mr. Bala's personal care and the superb location and view from the resort. Complimentary breakfast in the lounge was good.
